Andy ThomsNot only has Andy been part of an amazing PR team for Jarryd, but he has also become a close friend and mentor to him. Every Thursday morning, Jarryd and Andy meet for coffee to spend time together reading the Bible.
A gifted networker and entrepreneur, Andy brings global leadership and business development to the team at Spark! His skill set and natural drive have led him to assist in several start-up nonprofits, overseas expansion projects and laying the groundwork to grow local companies into national companies. Prior to Spark!, Andy aided in the expansion of Crown Financial Ministries developing international partnerships in Australia, Fiji and South Africa. He recently helped implement a church plant in Acworth, Ga., after serving for 3 years as the College Director for Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, Ga. Andy’s passion for life is the creative force and “spark” that makes this team thrive. After moving to Athens and laying the foundation for the expansion of a national mortgage company, Andy met his wife Brittany and together they began See.Spark.Go. in July 2007. Andy received his undergrad from the University of Georgia. |
Brittany ThomsUniversity of Georgia grad and savvy public relations and marketing professional, Brittany Thoms honed her PR agency skills at other Atlanta-based firms, where she serviced several national accounts including General Mills, Nike, Motorola and promoted several entertainment and sports-related events. She worked in tandem with offices in Los Angeles, coordinating publicity efforts for celebrities and professional athletes.
Prior to her work at the national level, Brittany began her career at a boutique firm in Buckhead, working with clients such as Simon Malls, Palm Restaurant, Milan Restaurant, Sage Boutique, Savvi Formalwear and the Atlanta Armani store at Phipps Plaza. She also worked at the University of Georgia Athletic Association, serving as a G-Xtra sports personality, media liaison and event coordinator. In her limited spare time, Brittany serves on the advisory board for the Rally Foundation for childhood cancer research and consults non-profits on strengths-based leadership strategies. In her early journalistic days, Brittany acted as a stringer for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, covering University of Georgia football. She and her husband, Andy, began See.Spark.Go. in July 2007. |
